By participating in any competition or accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in any competitions or use the Website.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in skill-based competitions on the Website.
Competition Rules
Each skill-based competition on the Website will have specific rules and guidelines (“Competition Rules”). It is your responsibility to review and comply with the Competition Rules before participating. Failure to adhere to the Competition Rules may result in disqualification.
Entry Fees and Prizes
Some competitions may require an entry fee for participation. The entry fees, as well as the prizes offered for each competition, will be clearly stated in the Competition Rules. Fair Play and Integrity
We promote fair play and integrity in all competitions. Any attempts to manipulate, cheat, or exploit the competition system are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who engage in such activities and take appropriate legal action if necessary.
Intellectual Property
By participating in a competition, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use your name, likeness, and any User Content (as defined in Section 8) you submit in connection with the competition for promotional and marketing purposes.
User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content, such as comments, photos, or videos, in connection with the competitions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Website and the competitions.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Website or participate in competitions for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website;
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities in connection with the competitions;
- Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or users of the Website;
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Website or participation in competitions.

The Website and the competitions are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Website or the competitions, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Website or any content therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Starline Competitions regarding your use of the Website and your participation in competitions.
By participating in competitions or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in competitions or use the Website.
